Shipping Association of Iran Reaffirms Its Leadership with a Second Consecutive A+ Rating

SeaNews – The Shipping Association of Iran has once again demonstrated its leading position in the country’s logistics sector, securing an A+ rating for the second consecutive assessment cycle in the evaluation of business associations conducted by the Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture. The Association was also recognized as the Top Economic Association in the Logistics Sector.

The assessment evaluated the performance of associations across a range of areas, including governance, membership, services, policy influence, and regulatory engagement. The Shipping Association of Iran achieved the highest rating across all of these assessment categories and, by attaining the highest overall level of performance, was awarded the A+ rating.

This achievement comes as the Association has secured the same distinction for the second consecutive assessment cycle. The evaluation encompasses a comprehensive set of indicators addressing the quality of organizational management and governance, engagement with members, service delivery, and the extent of an association’s role in policymaking and regulatory processes.

At the ceremony marking Associations Day at the Iran Chamber of Commerce, Dr. Masoud Pol Meh , Secretary General of the Shipping Association of Iran, received the A+ award plaque and certificate of recognition on behalf of the Association.
