Singapore’s maritime transport industry achieves an unprecedented record!

Sea News, International Desk: PSA Singapore has achieved a significant milestone by surpassing 40 million twenty-foot equivalent units (TEU) of annual cargo throughput for the first time in its history. This new record surpasses the previous achievement of 38.8 million TEU in 2023, showcasing the company’s consistent growth and exceptional efficiency in the maritime transport industry.

PSA Singapore, known as the world’s largest transshipment hub, has once again demonstrated its vital role in connecting Singapore’s economy to global markets with this accomplishment.

Mr. Ong Kim Pong, Group CEO of PSA, stated:
