Renewed Relations Between Sudan and Iran: Fear Strikes Israeli Officials’ Hearts!

Sudan’s interim president, Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, announced two days after Hamas’ terrorist attack on Israel that his country had resumed diplomatic relations with Iran. Analysts believe that internal instability in Sudan is one of the reasons that prompted Sudan’s president to turn towards relations with Iran.
Sources close to President al-Burhan have said that his decision to renew ties with Iran was aimed at securing military support from them.
